Living Beyond Hope-Zimbabwe board members, Mr. Brian Mbwizhu, Dr. Rosalie Katsande, and Mr. Aaron Rashama visited the Arnoldine Secondary School to get an update on the school projects in progress. They were received by Ms. Chiremba (school principal) and her staff.
During their visit they were given a progress report on the two major projects in development: construction of the second classroom building, and the teachers’ housing which is near completion. These two projects could not have been possible without your donations. The Arnoldine staff, students ,and the parents in the community are very thankful for your generosity.
As the construction of the housing nears completion, there is going to be a need to install plumbing for the running water, septic tank, as well as solar power to provide electricity.
We (LBH-USA) are very thankful for our partnership with the LBH-Zimbabwe board members, and for their dedication in overseeing the projects at Arnoldine Secondary School. Additionally, we are thankful for the teaching staff, the students, and parents in the community who have volunteered their time and labor towards construction of the school buildings.
